Douglas Technology Solutions currently charges a simple affordable flat rate of $40.00 per hour for all services. 

Douglas Technology Solutions will provide a written estimate for all work, and does not perform any work until explicit approval is given by the customer. 

Douglas Technology Solutions will not invoice a customer until the work is completed to the satisfaction of the customer.

Douglas Technology Solutions will provide a renewable one year service level agreement(SLA) on all website development contracts.  The SLA includes free routine maintenance hours, and full website backups.
